Here’s a short video showing a nice little camping/sleeping setup in the back of a Ford Escape, a relatively small SUV.

The most interesting part of this build to me is the small sink in the rear of the vehicle. It looks like both it and the sleeping platform that supports the mattress were made from reclaimed wood. Neat!
