As usual you are very practical, how I wish more people were like you. I love how you infer the this kit is not for the Zombie Apocalypse, or your need to have protein at every turn. It is a GREAT working first aid and emergency kit. The only thing I would add is a packet of some kind of electrolyte. Thank you job well done.

I like everything you showed. I would also take along a few of the anti diarrhea pills, just in case. They are so tiny that you could fit 5-6 pills in any one of those tiny plastic bags.
