Remote Adventures in the Four Corners Region! [VIDEO]

In this video I visit a Colorado folk art oddity, make snow angels at the literal Four Corners, and spend time exploring what has to be one of the most remote units in the US national park system. (Click here if you can’t see the video below.)

  1. Great video! I’ve been to the Canyon three times. The first time my girlfriend & were were lucky enough to get a ride into the canyon with an older Navajo man in his old truck. As we rode along the bottom for two hours he told us the history & stories of his family. Land is owned through the wife. It was quite the adventure.
The last time four couples of our family hired an open green army vehicle& driver to take us in. It was wonderful & a bag lunch was included that we ate at Spider Woman rock. I’m surprised you didn’t tell the story of it. It happened to rain for about 40 minutes. We were handed old military green ponchos. The driver made the decision to turn around before we were trapped by high waters. Needless to say, waterfalls formed over the sides. It was spectacular!!! We had to wait at several points for the water to recede. When we finally got to the entrance soaking wet there were about a hundred people waiting on the cliffs & cheering for us. The driver was a hero they said to get us through the high water safely & out before the next morning. I’ll never forget this unbelievable adventure!
