Dome Plateau Overlook: 38.74612, -109.38176 – Question about this location…I have a Subaru Outback and would like to visit this overlook. Problem: I am some what handicapped and want to know what are the road conditions for BLM 163 (Yellow Cat Rd.) and Highlands Road? Conditions of disability – I am in the early stages of spinal stenosis and can only walk short distances ( 2 to 4 miles at the most). I am not stupid and won’t take the previously mentioned roads if its rainy etc. My car is well equipped should I run into trouble (food, fridge, water). Any help you can give me would be appreciated. I will be taking photos so time of day suggestions would also be welcome.
